Cancelation Policy
- Replacing an already registered participant with another participant is possible, provided that the name of a new participant is known to the organizers not later than by June 2nd, 2023.
- Canceling a registration until May 28th, 2023 – please contact the Local Organizing Committee.
- Canceling a registration after May 28th, 2023 – no registration fee is returned.
